CTD after loading

I have about 30 mods installed(I'll list them if necessary) but ever since I installed Better Vampires by Brehanin 6-2 I was unable to load any save(and I never managed to use the mod)

After disabling it with nexus mod manager the issue persisted and I still can't play skyrim.I installed wry smash 303 and,according to it,the skyrim.esm is red,which means there's an active time conflict but I've found no way to fix this issue.

I'd very much like to use the mod,which seems marvellous but I'd be very pleased if I could just continue playing this awesome game with the mods I used to play with about 5 hours ago.

Help me brothers.

 

Edit:I've been using the site for almost 4 years(glorious oblivion days) but never before have I come across an issue that I couldn't resolve through forum search,google or sheer determination :D

If you start a new game (no other changes, just clicking "new" on the load screen) are you able to load and save?

After clicking on new game the options disappear and the game is unresponsive.

 

(as for skse,I have it and the mods that say the require it worked fine)

I was unable to "clean" these files with tes5edit for some reason,no matter what I tried or how I tried to tweak them.

In your first post you say you had about 30 mods--did you remove a bunch?

Honestly, if you are looking at a game in which no saves work and you have removed half of your mods, personally I think you may have too much corruption to save the game.

 

You could try the steam verify cache thing, just in case the problem is related to files that were changed by mods and then not completely restored when removing them--this is a long shot, I think.

If you have system restore set up on your computer, you might try restoring to a time before you added that mod, then make sure you try a save game from before that mod--more of a long shot, I think.

 

Unless someone has a better solution, I fear you may end up having to so a clean reinstall/new game. Sorry I could not be more of a help.

I actually did that,thankfully it worked and at least I can play with a new character.I encountered another bug though ( http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Dawnguard_%28quest%29 ) this quest from the dawnguard addon because it won't progress to Awakening,I've tried about 20times so far and it still won't give me the blasted quest.
