Get Revenge on Jessup in Boulder City without pissing off the Khans

Heyo wonderful modding community. I have a request for a very simple mod. I don't enjoy letting Jessup get away with helping shoot me in the face but I also have no problem with the Khans as a whole and, f*** The NCR. I'd love an opportunity to express this to him by being able to blow his brains out in Boulder City without triggering all the Khans outside to go mental (edit: or suffering reputation loss). Somethin' like:

 

"I've got not beef with the Khans, but you're a fink, dig? There won't be a grave dug for you."

 

Could be as easy as changing up some scripts or something for how that scene is run. Idk I ain't a modder yet. Edit: There is also another Khan added by FPGE I think? He's gotta die too. Wrong place, wrong time.

You don't need a mod. All you need to do is confront Jessup's before you go into New Vegas and confront Benny. After you are done confronting Benny, your negative reputations with all of the factions are forgiven. I don't remember exactly where the reputations are adjusted. You might need to speak to Yes Man first, not sure. When you walk out of the Tops, someone from the Legion (usually Vulpes Inculta unless you killed him) will approach you and he will tell you that any crimes you have committed against the Legion are forgiven. Vulpes doesn't say anything about other factions, but the reputation adjustment applies to all factions at that point.

 

After that, you can go to the Khans and they won't be mad at you. Papa Khan might tell you that you have a lot of nerve showing up there, but otherwise there aren't any issues and you can do all of the Khan quests in any way that you'd like.

 

So, if you want to go medieval on Jessup's a**, all you need to do is make sure you do it before confronting Benny, and don't speak to the Khans again until after you have confronted Benny.
