Spoiler above is load order for easy clicking in and out. The image below is the problem. Some NPCs are missing dialogue using the unvoiced "What is it?" dialogue and some are working just fine, for example: B6RK from New California is saying "What is it?" but the other companions in New California work. Another example is all of the Ultra Luxe NPCs except for the cashier have the same missing thing but the cashier, yet at the same time everyone at the Tops Casino hasn't gone mute. Anyone mind helping me troubleshoot? I kinda want to play a fully uncut Tale of Three Wastelands without all of the dumb crap this game does 24/7 to an ultra-quality modlist.
