Reinstalled Steam and I think i messed my mods up

I didn't realize that uninstalling steam would delete my games and now SKSE64 doesn't work. Anybody have a fix?

Re-verify the game with Steam, launch the game once without SKSE64 and let the INI files get created. Verify that the SKSE64 files are up to date and properly installed. Then launch with SKSE64. Depending upon mod manager used, you may need to ensure that the file paths used are correct and that the mods are properly exposed to the game (i.e. installed, deployed, game launched through the manager)
