Hum....I don't know if you are referring to the animation itself or the no gravity effect?
If it's the fly effect when you hit some1 you only need to adapt this other mod

it's for the animation taht he use to move the mace, watch the video at 12 sec the movement like a lying eight ( 8 ) or a infinite symbol, and when rising the mace at 1:06 min; on the other hand, the spell or power that he use like in 39 sec, i think is like the auriel shrine but exploding in a purple light.

Animation is a realy hard job

I think the best shot would be talking with modders that already made some new attack animations, and ask them to include this one

if you need the mace itself, it's in the LOTR Weapons =Collection mod @ http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5727 My player ran across Sauron and his mace in a nasty place -- it is not super-sized or over-powered, but I suppose a player with high Enchanting could enchant it further.
