when i went to do the gnr misson i came across this guy named uncel leo from a book aparently. Other than fawkes he is the only other frendly mutie but unlike fawkes he has slight rage issues and cant join you band wagon and tells you most about the muties and i found him by the river across from the mega mart slightly up a bit

 

b.t.w. if you have found him and can do follow mods make it so he can jump on the band wagon :thumbsup:

I'm come across good ol' Leo on multiple occasions. His dialogue is sparse, but it does change with each subsequent encounter. Didn't see much point to him though. Was kinda thinking it would start a quest where you get to destroy the Mutant factory (or at least find it), but instead you get nothing more than the pleasure of Leo's few sentences.

Where'd you come across him at?

He's a random encounter and can pop up in several dozen locations. I've ran into him three different times and all in different places.

 

Tell him your going to rob him, it dosn't even phase him. He says oh ya I was going to give you this anyways hands you a suit (don't remember what) and continues on his way.
