Skip the repeatable quests in OWB?

I've put almost 1000 hours into Vegas and I can say without a doubt I am sick to death of OWB

But the quest rewards are some of the best in the game and they basically break late game in half.

 

Is there a mod that lets me skip the repetative X-13 (Stealth Suit) and X-8 (sonic gun) quests?

Even if I only have to complete them once that would be a massive mercy, I know I could just use the "setstage" command in the console but I'm really hoping for a mod or something.

If you just want the quest rewards, what happen to command console it in?

 

Because playing the quest is the point of DLC, not the perks nor the items.

 

I am not judging, I am just curious about such a simple problem and solution, that's all.

 

If you dont like the quest, just not activate it in the tab, and play normally, ignore all the requirements.

 

If you want perk, player.addperk

If you want item, player.additem

If you want skill book, just add them in. Or even simpler player.modav skillname/statname 1. that should add one point to respective skill/stat.

To prove:

 

I additem the recipe code to unlock SM machine to exchange prewar clothes. Just so I can deal with them by go to BOS abandoned bunker and exchange them for chips.
