Blurry at close up?

So I just used 2 "overhaul guides" to make my skyrim look nice. After everything was done (86 or so mods later...), I finished and started skyrim up to little problems. The main one was when i made a new character and tried to get a closeup of my character's face and it got blurry.... Not sure why this is happening....

Here is a list of my mods:

Any clue what may cause it or possible fixes? I'm a bit beat tonight to try to figure it out.... (I use NMM to download and install stuff, and BOSS to do load orders, then WB for leveled lists..)

I know that happens when you have an enb installed. Did you install one? (You can check by going into your Skyrim main folder and checking for d3d9.dll). If you do, press shift+f12 during character creation to disable depth of field (the blurriness) and press shift+f12 when you are done to turn it back on.

I currently have Sharpshooters ENB installed, so I guess that is what it is from. Would the ENB also cause looking to one side cause everything to get darker? it was just something I noticed when I was going through the intro scene. The carriage ride was really dark and when the computer took me off the carriage and I looked to the left, it was really dark, but looking forward/to the right the brightness was fine. Not sure if that is from the ENB or the Enhanced Lights and FX...

press shift+F12 to enable/disable the ENB in game.... easy to test, but I'd expect this is the case... the DOF effect is also not very nice that it starts to heavy blur foreground when focussed on background... I dont really like that effect since everything starts to look like miniature. Prehaps you should just use Project ENB which has a much nicer DOF when using the Full - Cinematic effect. But I guess it's a matter of taste
