ScottyChaos
I made a post back in april about using a character creator that isn't restricted to the Fallout 3 one. I wanna make a halfway decent/normal looking character without it coming out to look sorta like a beaver or something. :| I originally found the one here: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/cat.php?id=62 but it says the owner hid it from the public. I don't get it. Why make a mod, post it for the public, then hide it?Since I obviously can't use this one I posted, is there something else I can use or is there any tips you guys can give me? Thank you!
