What mods are in this mod? [im a newbie] [hair mod? graphics mod? if any, eye mod? mouth mod? nose mod? and aslo the tiara there? and also the weapon mod?] [i dont care about the armor, i care about the face, seems beautiful]

The tiara looks stock. At least the mesh does. It could be a recolor or merely affected by whatever lighting/ENB was used in the picture. I can't really say about anything else.

how about the hair then? i havent seen it in apachii sky hair, and also the face [mouth,eyes,nose] havent seen it in the whole race menu, and the sword... what is it? oh, and also, if ever you know, what race is this? nord?

You need a character creation (Enhanced Character Edit or RaceMenu + Plugin)

You need other face morphs like Pretty Face

You need skin textures like SG Female Texture Renewal

You need fitting hairs like Apachii SkyHair + the extra Female hairs, or not from Nexus: SG Hair Pack

You need eyes like The Eyes of Beauty

You need brows like SG Female Eyebrows

You definitely need a body like UNP or CBBE

You need lighting mods to handle the lighting and have other post/pre-processing too

And god knows where the weapon comes from. Could just as well be own work, same for skin textures and whatnot.

Where did you find the picture? If it was in the image share on nexus, just ask whoever posted the pic. As well, if it's connected to any kind of account on any sharing site, you may be able to message whoever uploaded it and ask. It's incredibly hard to tell what mods are installed based solely on a picture, unless you're running many of the same mods, with so many hair possibilities, eye possibilities, brow possibilities, etc... it would take forever to figure out without someone telling you how they made it.

It's no so hard to pull a few sliders in RaceMenu to make a face how you want it.

Making a preset for you is a lot of work if you want something looking like that (preset is not the issue, finding all the parts is). You can however find a lot of "beauty girls" on Nexus already pre-made and ready for install.

To clarify, I was referring to how difficult it would be to find all the mods that went into that character creation, not trying to recreate it using vanilla presets.
