Well if you take out person's and put beings in there than it would have to be dragons and or dragon priests The Dragon Priests are undead, though, not counting Miraak. Well Dunmer have the longest longevity, an aspect they like to rub into the face of the Altmer. So I would suspect it is a Dunmer in Windhelm's Grey District.
