Skyrim Special Edition on Mod Organizer 2 won't load mods

A while ago, I replaced my original C drive for a one that has 2 TB of storage. However, in the process, all my mods were gone. Fortunately, I re-downloaded them and tried to play Skyrim again. However, even though I have supposedly activated my mods, when I press Continue or Load, the game will treat it as though you are missing mods.

What do I do to fix this?

Here are some pictures for context: https://imgur.com/a/VGMUrSc

I am using Mod Organizer 2 and SKSE64.

Did you start the game up without mods at least once before trying to add mods?

Maybe.

Are all paths correct in MO2?

How do I check and see?

Anyways, I realized that my plugins should be on. So, I turned them on.

In MO2 there should be an icon that looks like a screwdriver crossed with an open ended wrench. Click it. It brings up the Settings window. Go to the Paths tab and check that each points to the correct location. They should, but it is always worth double checking.
