xDemoiselleGothique Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 So, I'm doing the Big Heist, and when I want to represent the Countess with the ring, she is not there during the day.So I went to her rooms to find her, so I open the door to the Lord's quarters. She just... Stands there.Does anyone know how to fix this?
Chenoa Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Hi! You mean this quest, don't you? For that ...you don't have to meet Umbranox personally, but deceive the blind moth priest inside of the Imperial Palace to think you are her. Or do you mean she behaves like that after the quest?

TheRomans Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 If for reason her AI is bugged and she will not go the great hall at the correct times, use the console to move her there. Either get her RefID from one of the wikis and use prid refIDmoveto player or go to where she is and open the console and clik on her to enter her refID, then go to the great hall and usemoveto player moveto player is the great fixer for lots of AI bugs, as well as slow followers. Or, when the NPC needs to go to another npc or object: refID.moveto otherRefID

Or, when the NPC needs to go to another npc or object: refID.moveto otherRefIDIt should also be noted that using MoveTo on an NPC, one should then ensure their AIs are 'refreshed' by following up with evp. So that would become: prid refID moveto player evp The command evp stands for EValuate Package, and forces them to 'remember' what they should be doing.
TheRomans Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 I thought they automatically evaluated AI when they did a moveto a different cell, but I am not sure.

In theory they should, but in practice this doesn't always happen. Look through the official scripts, and you will see that evp is used extensively.
