hmm, alright lets try, the designs I had originally at the end of the guard in the center of the black part of the blade, then apocalypse in daedric below the design towards the tip of the blade so it'd be like..

And with that the letters wouldn't have to be super huge, just about half the size of the design closest to the tip. Let me know how that looks :)

So, I finally managed to get it in-game:

 

 

 

As you might've noticed I took the liberty of adding another little detail; the skull rotates, its eyes shine red in the dark and it also opens its jaw. Or atleast opened it while in max and nifscope.

 

Naturally I'll fix that - In case you want the skull there and want it to open its jaw. There are a few other bugs to squish: The swords orientation is wrong (The edge's facing away from the enemy), the specularity's too high overall, which makes the blade gray out if the light's strong, which's a big no-no, I'll try to go with diagonal stripes of high specularity to make it reflect light like weapons do in anime, the shiny parts are too shiny as well; gotta fix that; -20% specularity. And last but not least I didn't really add your designs, and the letters come out instead of in. But luckilly those are just a small fixes.

 

I'll do that tomorow, after that - it's uploadey time!

 

I was also thinking about adding some particles - you know - make them shoot out of the letters to make it look like they're shining RED RAYS OF DEATH; but meh.

 

Oh, one last thing. I wanna release it as a resource - for other modders to use; but as good customs dictate I'll also include an esp which'll plonk the weapon into hack'n'slash. However I was thinking about another - optional - esp, this one would require OBSE. I'd script the weapon to be held in one hand, but sheathed on the back and I'd also change it's properties depending on your skills and atributes; like: Weapon damage based on Blades, weapon speed based on speed, some fire damage based on Destruction, some poison damage based on Restoration - that kind of stuff. To make it a really strong weapon, but not overpowered, yet still viable at any level. What would you think about that?

Resource release is fine by me, as are the other two mods, looks GODDLY. /worship you

 

Skull is badass, and if you really want to do some particle effects, flaming letters may be interesting. You can forgo the designs now that I can get a look at the entire sword with apocalypse on it, so long as letters glow in dark and I'm hitting them with the edge I see no problems whatsoever.

 

Although if you could possible only flip the blade around, and leave the handle in its current position, I kind of like the larger half of the guard on top, but don't go out of your way to do that.

I've decided to go bonkers with the whole Idea.

 

 

 

I'm creating three different .. let's call it levels... of the sword. The third is in a state of "thinking real hard right now" right now, but I'll go with 5 rows of teeth on the sword that will go down towards a rather large handguard which'll look like gaping maw face and will go around the face and into the mouth to create the teeth, this will cover the front side of the whole handle and will go as far as the pommel. I'm also strongly inclidning towards renaming the sword to: Glutony.

 

It's rather hard to imagine all of that by such a blurry description alone, but it'll be worth waiting.

 

P.S.: Ever watched Bleach? Shi-kai, Ban-kai anyone?
