Unfortunately I am unable to submit feedback or files to my case via Vortex. The issue responder just says "no feedback required" when the case is still open.
Staff Nagev Posted July 5, 2021 Staff Posted July 5, 2021 Hey @AnxiousHairball - the issue responder will only appear if we request a response from a specific user (or all) - you can still use the feedback page to send us files - top right -> 3 dots -> send feedback -> bug report, etc - attach your files and specify that you're sending the files as part of issue #XXXX and we will pick the files up. I'm fairly certain this is down to some connection oddity between Vortex and the server
