PC freezing periodically.

I'm not sure if this is a mod issue, or if its a technical issue with the game or my PC. But no other game does this for me.

Anyways, when I started a new playthrough I quicksaved in Helgen Keep and my PC froze, I couldn't alt+f4 and I couldn't ctrl+alt+del out of it so I had to reboot my PC by holding down the power button. Every thing was fine after that but I wasn't able to load the save where I froze, I had to load an older save to keep playing.

Then yesterday the same thing happened when I quicksaved just outside Ivarstead, this time I let my PC run, but I clicked ctrl+alt+del, after a while the ctrl+alt+del screen showed up and I just exited back out of it and the game was working again. But I restarted the game because the glitch where the windows mouse cursor shows up happened. It worked fine after that, but when I went back to my house in Whiterun the same thing happened again, I did ctrl+alt+del and after a while the ctrl+alt+del screen showed up and every thing worked again.

The only change with this save file is that its a clean save, it has the same mods as my other saves except this is the first new game after I installed SKSE and SkyUI. I'm on SkyUI 4.0 right now but the first time it froze when I was in Helgen Keep was on SkyUI 3.4.

I validated the Steam files twice but it said it needed to redownload a 752 KB file both times I validated my Steam files.

Anybody know what's going on?

My specs

AMD FX-6300 at stock clock speed

Radeon HD 7850 2 GB vRAM

Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600 8 GBs of RAM in Dual Channel

Windows 8 64 Bit

I'm on Ultra and I have the official HD Textures pack, but that's been working fine since I first got Skyrim for PC.

My load order.

Get meminfo by Elys. Its simple easy mod for monitoring resource peaks and averages. Monitors memory and FPS. Launch and load a save with the Meminfo dll in SKSE\plugins folder. Scroll Lock toggles on and off. If you are peaking memory around 3300+ then you probably have VRAM burst (overloading the VRAM and then Windows for some reason dumps the data in swap/page file) If you have high ranged peak memory similar to above, your options include: sacrifice texture mipmaps by editing/toggline "iTexMipMapSkip=0" in SkyrimPrefs.ini. Other options include lowering distance render settings, texture optimizing (reducing size)...
