Fail message keeps appearing, not sure what's causing it

This has started happening to me today, it's super annoying and I can't figure out what's causing it.

 

Update: After comparing load orders, I've found "headtracking.esp" to be the offender. I was being lazy and using the workshop Russian version so I shouldn't be surprised it ended up breaking. Hope that solves your problem.

 

Update 2: Be sure to back up your saves and disable the mod using the MCM ingame first if you're using that. Had a corrupt save issue but thankfully I managed to fix it.

Yeah, that fixed it thanks. Maybe the 3.3 version won't have that issue as I really like that mod.

 

Edit: no 3.3 version for me, oh well, maybe next character.

That is caused by Civil War Overhaul.
