exanimis
I have a laptop with windows vista. Yesterday I followed bbens tutorial on re installing oblivion. Everything was fine, I reinstalled my mods, the CS, obmm and other programs. I decided to try Wrye Bash and TES4Gecko. Wrye bash installed fine but after installing TES4Gecko I found that, as far as I know, everything but the clean plugin button works. It worked once but now I recieve this message whenever I try to clean a esp. http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o108/crossbones59/TES4Geckoerror.jpg I installed TES4Gecko in the same game folder as oblivion, the CS, obmm and wrye bash. The oblivion esm is in the data folder and I have tried moving it to the TES4Gecko folder but I continually get the same error. Can anyone help me with this problem? Vagrant0
Try using TES4Edit or the details within the CS to manually clean your mod. It takes a bit longer, but tends to be easier to control. Cleaning with TES4Gecko only checks for the more serious changes, like dialogues, races, hairs, or cell changes, so might not be doing what you want to do.
