Midwestern Brotherhood Power Armor Final Version as seen in the concept art

While I like the current versions of the Midwestern power armor people have created in mods, there isnt any armor which looks like the armor seen in the Final Version Concept Art on the Wiki. Would be pretty nice if someone (who knows how to create mods because I dont even know how to start learning modding) made this mod.
