I love your comments ihateregisteringeverywhere! Lol!

Yeah, I couldn't agree more with you guys.

They left out too much, and I hope they can remember to add that little extra in the next TES game.

Another post reminded me of this:

A sane levelling system would be nice. Not every goblin in a goblin mine should be a golbin warlord. That makes no sense at all. And if a common bandit had glass armour, why wouldn't he sell it and retire?

Haha! So true!

But still, when he's got better gears, he has a better chance to succeed at stealing more.

So in some way it makes sence. But bandits coming with full daedric armors and poo like that...

Let's just let bandits be bandits, ok? =P

Let's hope they don't give the bandits uber gears...

If a bandit met a real hero in real life, he wouldn't really have much of a chance would he?

I'm sick of seeing all these games be so organized. It's really a lacking of effort and creativity when people average out all the abilities of characters to be so similar so that they are in generally the same circle and what you do with each character just isn't easily different from your first character. There's so much about "classes" and "birthsigns" in this game but there are no really important or good quests about it, and neither of them really do much at all. I think the next game should be decided much more on your character and quests to do with who you are and your unique powers and why you are here. I always feel like an outcast in the game, and can never do much more than gather information and be accused. Also, the level-scaling in this game sucks, it should not happen in the next one. Playing the game and trying so hard just to know everyone will be one level above me just makes it not worth playing sometimes. This was also a lazy move on Bethesda's behalf. I would like to have online play, but I really think Bethesda would be better off to focus on putting more into the single player portion of the game, and making gameplay and roleplaying more compatible and less repetitive.

Mostly, I'd like to see more variation. More varied quests, more varied characters, more varied creatures, more varied areas, more varied combat, more varied spell effects, more varied skills, etc. The game gets pretty samey pretty quickly for me as is. If they include more skills, it would be nice if they implemented some kind of skill synergy system. Medium armor slightly trains light/heavy armor, backstab increases your chance of critical hits, and so on. A "feats" system like that of Fallout 3 would also be nice, to further mix characters up.

Combat could stand to be a lot faster-paced and varied. Less health/more damage would, as well as accomplishing this, be a boon to Stealth types who are finding their Sneak Attack doesn't matter that much. I'd rather the relationship between normal attacks, blocks, and Power Attacks be changed up to stop the stagger-fest that combat currently is. It would be neat if, as well as increasing damage, training combat skills would make you attack (or take other associated actions) faster with the weapon type in question. Staggers could also be handed out a bit less randomly, and it might be good if blocks had a random chance between succeeding or failing entirely depending on attributes and skills instead of just decreasing the damage. It would also be nice to have some more freedom of movement when recoiling from hitting a block, even if you can't attack. Characters could become weakened, slowed, etc as a fight goes on by ordinary blows/spells instead of just poisons and debuffs, instead of just draining one-another's health bars. One way or the other, Combat AI needs some serious changes.

Lets keep multiplayer out of the next title...

Multiplayer prohibits the use of mods, or greatly complicates it at least.

Have you ever played Diablo 2?

You play Single Player, It's fun.. play online, also fun.

Varies a little bit.

But thing is, if they make the next TES game an online game they could allow mods on single player, but then when playing on the server disallow.

You know, forcing the client to load the original game files like in Oblivion, the BSA files.
