Theres a mod you can get which allow you get all the Operation: Anchorage DLC Items even b4 you enter the Pod to do the quest.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3435 <<< theres the Link to the mod im talking about.

But if u insist of not using mod, and wud like to spawn like Millions of Chinese Stealth Suits like myself, then there is a simple way to do that is using the "ShowInventory" command on the selected Character and it will show u what they wearing and stuff, nxt to each stuff they wearing has a Unique ID Code~ use that code to spawn urself one~

Eg: Player.additem 0300C18F 1000

that example above is to spawn 1000 copies of Chinese Stealth Amor to youself. so Hope that helps

The codes for master files depends on their load order. For example the vanilla FO3 master file codes always start with '000' because that file is always loaded first.

If operation anchorage is the second master file in the load order all codes for anchorage will start with '010'. However.. if you have another master file loading before anchorage, such as the hairpack, then anchorage will be bumped up to '020'.

So type 'player.additem 0200A0EC 1' incase anchorage is being loaded behind a 3rd party master file.

If that doesn't work, type 0300A0EC etc. etc.
