Easily done mod

A new hair style has just come out called short layered hair, but it a mod that doesn't apply to anything in game, it's just the hair itself as something that can be added in the CS. unfortunately, I have neither the knowledge to use the CS nor the CS itself with which to add the hair to the game, and thus I'm wondering if anybody would be willing to add it. I'd prefer it to be both male and female, but It's ultimately up to any modder who chooses to do this. I humbly ask, in my modding skills of Nil, is anyone willing to add this to the game?

Note that it will clash with any other race modifying mods unless you merge it using one of the mod tools like tes4gecko.

Another thing I forgot to mention, if you don't like the glossy effect, you can delete the normal map, which can be found at:
