Fall Out Newvegas - Punch or hit counter

I am seeing if someone could make a quick mod. I am just looking for an on screen counter that will track hits, swings or both.

I am doing a play through with some friends that is punching only. So I thought it would be cool to have a tracker.

Punches hit total is really all would be required,

But total punches/misses/hits/crits could be cool as well.

This would actually be really simple to do with the existing Challenge system.

 

Tracking misses would be unlikely, but there are already challenges in the vanilla game that track damage, crits, and hits.

thanks for the heads up, you know if there is an easy way to get it into the 'general' tab? where it shows quests completed and stuff
