LE Wristbands

I've seen many NPC's wearing some sort of wristbands, but the player can't equip them. Could someone make a pair of them? Something made of plain leather, and counts as either light armor or clothing. Wouldn't it be a great addition?

Well like you said these already sort of exist. Bring up the console and type in [help "guilded wrist"] without the brackets, and you should find them in the list. Then add them to your PC with player.additem [their code here, no brackets] 1 or whatever number replacing "1" for how many copies you want. They are clothing and so have no defense but they DO look cool. Hope this helps.There are also the Hide Bracers, low level light armor, that are exactly like you describe and are from the vanilla game

Those aren't the armors/clothes OP meant. OP meant the bands prisoners have. They are equippable/wearable clothes though, but not usable by player. I could guess many of the mods that give player the "unwearable" armors could contain them.

Ah, you meant those. AFAIK those belong to the "Blacksmith's apron" armor and thus can't be used without the apron. (Unless someone edits the mesh a bit)
