Question about using the G.E.C.K (modding)

Not sure where I should post this so I put it here.

 

I was poking around in the GECK (in fallout new vegas) and I noticed there is an entry point in the perk section called "Calculate Buy Price". It modifies how much the player pays for items (can never modify item's cost lower than the item's base value). I noticed there is no entry point for calculating sell price. Is there any type of work around to modify an item's sell price (player selling to merchant)?

 

I have very little modding experience so I'm not sure where I should go to ask this question. If no one is able to answer my question, can someone please point me in the right direction for asking questions about operating the GECK?
