GingaNinja23
I'm sure this is kinda obvious but turn down all the video settings to very low. You could also try getting ride of any mods or DLCs. With my experience too many mods or DLCs slow the game down.I hoped i helped!!!!
JimCass98
Well, there's a bunch of stuff you can do to at least try and improve your gameplay. One thing that helped me a lot(because I have A LOT of mods running) is downloading the Anti Freeze patch over the internet. Just google "Skyrim Anti Freeze patch" and download that. Also, make sure you turn your shadows OFF COMPLETELY. You can do this by going into your Skyrimprefs.ini and locate these lines:"finteriorShadowdistance" "Fshadowdistance" and "FShadowLODStartFade". Turn all of those down to zero. Also, if you use mods try to avoid mods that 1. Visually enhance your Skyrim beyond what it needs to be 2. I found that mods like Warzones on my PC(it's used for multipurposes, I use it for work, the internet, and gaming) usually cause freezes and ctd's unless you have a computer that can handle it. I'd say try playing Skyrim on Medium quality, turn down all the Skyrimprefs.ini tweaks I listed above to 0, try the Anti Freeze patch, and do not install TOO MANY mods. If your PC is that lowend, than you should probably go with the Offical Bethesda DLC's and maybe a few mods. If your computer can handle it after the things I said above, than go ahead and install more mods. Also, if none of what I said above helps you, then I suggest searching "Hialgo Boost" on the Skyrim Nexus and downloading it. I heard it helps a lot of people. Personally, the Anti Freeze patch is enough for me, but if your computer is that lowend than go ahead and try it out. Hope this helped.
