Alright so we all know about this place, or, at least we've seen it on our travels. A deserted Tavern. I'm no modder so I couldnt create something like this, but here's a idea for you modders, why not make a small quest that involves you restoring this place, and then coming into ownership of it. (Maybe even fort dunstad too!) Think about it. Owning your own Tavern, taking in revenue every now and then. Or hell just, restoring the place to use, that'd work too.
