Game breaking bug on fallout 4 when I install mods

Basically, when I install any mods in my game it literally breaks my base game where the entrance animation for power armors doesn't play (I don't have power armor related mods installed).

I've disabled every single mod and even after doing that the issue still remains, I've tried downloading and installing this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30946 , and it does fix it (I got the bug from the picture on the mod before that), for the most part, except my entrance animation doesn't play and the exit one is a little too fast. I have no idea why this is happening, I've tried everything from installing the game anew and reinstalling every mod. This might be unrelated but I think it's worth mentioning, unless I disable a certain amount of mods I literally can't leave the vault because I will be stuck on the platform, so because I want to play on survival, I have to go back, disable almost every mod, exit the vault, save with a console command and continue playing (could be a load order thing, idk).

This is not happening on a specific point or with a specific armor because I've tried spawning a different PA and the issue is the same.

 

There could be one specific mod that's causing the game to break somehow when I install it but they are so many, I haven't tried playing the game before I install any mods but I'm like 99% sure the bug won't happen, this is literally game breaking because (minor spoilers ahead) when I get to concord and rip the mini-gun off the vertibird, the mini-gun literally disappears into thin air, this bug is driving me nuts and I don't know where to go to fix it.

 

Hope anyone is savvy enough with this subject to be able to help me.

I'm also attaching a DxDiag.txt file in case that's helpful.

PS: I'm running F4SE as well.

I would suggest reinstalling, see if that fixes the current issue.

 

Than when installing mods go through them one at time installing them to check which one might be causing the issue.

This is an issue best addressed in a Fallout 4 support forum rather than in a Vortex support forum. The issue has nothing to do with Vortex.
