Unable to Download Legacy of the Dragonborn SSE

I have been installing several dozen mods for a new Skyrim playthrough and every single one has worked fine except Legacy of the Dragonborn. When I try to download it, before getting premium, the page simply froze and had an eternal loading symbol on the Firefox tab. After leaving on all night, I woke up and found that no download had occurred, and the page was errored out. After purchasing premium (which I only purchased for this single download), the page loads for a while and then errors out to the attached image.

 

I had one download "try" to go through, but it errored out in my downloads saying "Failed - Server problem".

If you're using a mod manager you can also try this link to initiate the download in Vortex (or whatever other app you use).
