Script command to set Faction Evil?

I can't find anything and yet and am hoping it may be something not obvious, like a command that lacks the words Faction and/or Evil.

EDIT: I want to make Caesar's Legion Factions evil either by MCM option or automatically after the player visits Caesar and their rep becomes Vilified.

 

Why? Because I don't like the fact that I can wipe 'em out and still lose karma taking their stuff.

UPDATE: I created an ESP that just sets the various Caesar Factions to Evil, but it ain't working. I also unchecked the "reports crime" box.

 

I just slaughtered everyone at the Fort, and am looting the various foot lockers, I am still getting dinged on Karma every time I do. I already have a hotkey that allows me to get info on what the cursor (cross-hairs) is pointing at. It will show the NPC or Faction that is set to be the owner of that object (or in an interior cell, the owner of the cell), and I can verify that FootLocker item is owned by the Caesar Faction that I changed to evil.

 

There is (evidently) no script command that will get/set the "Evil" status of a faction. So, no way to debug this that I can see.

 

I just hate losing Karma (out of principle) looting from a faction I have always thought of as being evil.
