Download speed is very slow

So yesterday I had my isp upgrade my plan to a 25mb/s fiber connection, from a 10mb/s 150gb cap/month LTE connection but, for some reason the latter has a faster download speed than the new upgraded plan I received averaging around 400kb/s, I don't know if that is the root of my problem but, I tried downloading from other sites and gives me the best results I can get, at least 3.5mb/s

 

I tried downloading a mod today for Fallout4 and Skyrim, but had an issue where the download speed is only averaging around 60kb/s max 70kb/s.

 

I also tried downloading in loverslab and it gives me around atleast 1mb/s, and I also tried downloading from a test site and gave me around 3.5mb/s

It looks like you have a decent connection to our Premium-only CDN from those results. Go into your settings and change your preferred download location to "CDN" then retry downloading the mods :)
