The warning was given for the following reason: Seems you have issues with adult mods. I suggest you review the Terms of Service and Forum Rules of this site. Posting in file upload threads that members are "pervs" or that they are "pathetic" is in no way constructive criticism of the mod. You don't like these kinds of mods, pass on without comment and set your adult filter so you don't see them. Further comments of the nature will get you shown the door.
