Best Performance Enhancement Mod for Me?

If you look at the following specs, you'll clearly see that my game probably needs some mods to enhance performance on my computer. I found this one: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5123/? but it seems a bit extreme. Is there something else along that vein but less drastic, or does my computer really need this one?

For some reason, every time I either try to view or download one of those txt files; MediaFire tells me they're unavailable.

 

But anyway, there are some other less drastic mods around. I personaly don't like this one, "HialgoBoost" but there are quite a few people who do. So check it out.

Then there is this one, which is the one I use. I'm not exactly sure how it does what it does, but it does its job. Unfortunatly this mod is temporarily offline; but here's the link anyway.

I think for now your best bet is the hialgo boost.

Haven't looked at the links (BOSS log in spoiler tags is the best thing to post, along with any info about mesh/texture replacer mods you have), so don't know what mods you do have, but see about using any 'lite' or lower resolution textures off mods, if possible.
