Corrupted Character

So I downloaded Demon Race for my current (previous) char, which did have glitches every so often like wings become huge and turned into giant shadows on the wall creating lag etc. but now after I reinstalled my game after I accidentally deleted 3/4 of my mods and critical files, (save game intact) I can no longer go back to the way my character was, because now that I try the mods again after redownloading, they CTD the game. To be more clear my char is invisible with Molag Bal and Rise of Samurai Weapons and Mythic Dawn Hood only visible. I cannot remove the Hood but can replace it with a Necromancer Hood, which is basically vanilla (came from a mod). Any modified clothing I was wearing or try to put on immediately crashes the game, as with vanilla clothing. The only that works is the weapons. The Demon Race actually doesn't crash it but places a giant yellow box with a ! in the space where my char used to be. I can play, use other mods, but this seems pretty hopeless as of ever getting my character back. The last thing I tried was to use Console Command 'showracemenu' and alter my race from something else back to demon to reset it, then at least I'd be able to model it after my screenshots and still save progress; but yet another CTD. Sorry to go into so much detail, but does anyone know of a way to fix a corrupted character like this (as there is a way to fix corrupted saves).

-Additional Note: I downloaded OOO after this Prob. and then the game would not run from OBSE (just flashed and did nothing after the OBSE window) then I realized it was because of a previous problem due to M.O.E. Quest Delayer which was non-omod that somehow got checked. So most likely its that, I'm about to try out and see though. Hopefully OOO works and isn't causing more problems.
