taryl80
Sometimes I play wit the thought to let one of my mods know that there is also a other specific mod. As example I could make specific guard comments in my Goodneighbor expansion mod about my also made followers, but I honestly don't know how to let one mod know that there is also a specific other mod. I know that it is possible, but not how. Also I would prefer a solution that lets a mod still be standalone, or if not possible, only using actually really basic "mods" like f4se. It is anyways a must have what everybody should have, to avoid ctd's because some mod author forget it to write it in his mod dependencies of his mod and so on. So can someone please explain it to me, or know how it works? If possible for dummies, because that's what I am  Edited July 26, 2021 by taryl80
YouDoNotKnowMyName
Have a look at this: https://www.creationkit.com/fallout4/index.php?title=Inter-mod_CommunicationIt might help you. I never did anything like this myself, so I don't know if it actually is helpful or not ...
taryl80
Thanks it helps me I think. It is still one difficult piece of cake for me, since I am not really a scripter, but it gives me something to read and think about.
