What is your most game changing mod?

Hey all. I'd like to start a discussion about game changing mods. There are alot of mods out there and the all have different purposes, but which mod has had the biggest gameplay change for your Skyrim expirience. The mod you mention should not only enhance Skyrim, but also reinvent it in some way or another. Of cause the big overhauls like SKyRe or Requiem change Skyrim in a lot of ways, so I'm not just asking which, but also why. In what way did the particular mod change the way you play Skyrim, and how did it change it into a new expierience? It is not restricted to gameplay mods, but the change the mod makes should change the way you play. For example book covers is a graphic mod, but it made me take my time to read alot of books and to start a book collection, which made the game have a whole new goal.

Probably the Dragon AI overhaul and Civil War overhaul actually. And Immersive Creatures as well. The Dragon overhaul essentially makes Dragons into the tough and tense fights they should be, and the Civil War overhaul expands on the vanilla conflict in ways that are both fantastic and well-implemented.

Skyrealism - Crafting Kits

This allows alchemy, enchanting, etc, to be much more useful. You can maintain a stockpile of ingredients to make potions at any time, greatly enhancing the role of alchemists by allowing them to restock or alter their potions even within dungeons. Enchanters can scrap gear as they find it, adding to their list of enchantments without bloating their carry weight. Even other classes not focused on crafting/alchemy/enchanting can use each craft more often, adding to gameplay depth. A warrior can mix healing potions as soon as he/she finds the ingredients, since if you have to carry all the ingredients back to town to make something, it's more trouble than it's worth when you can just buy potions instead.

I really must say Frostfall, as it felt like it added a whole new part of the game to me: survival. I really liked how Frostfall made you have to gather materials for fire to keepwarm or you'd freeze to death. After all, Skyrim is very cold! It certainly adds to game immersion too if that is your type of thing. Coupled with mods such as basic needs, it made me play Skyrim in a totally different way. Instead of looting bandits camps with no rest or sleep in the northern part of the province all day and night, I found that I needed to sleep and make a fire just to keep myself from freezing to death.

morrowloot, it edits the leveled lists to morrowind values and changes certain armors so they only appear on their specific races (so-elven and glass on high-elves, orchish on orcs, dwemer stuff only appears in dwemer ruins, ect) and makes ebony really rare, makes it so only one set of daedric exists and not in one spot, and re-adds artifacts from the older games (like the daedric crescent).

Locational Damage.

 

I use this mod with SkyRe, on higher difficulties, and battles are no longer about stats and luck, but real, honest to goodness skill. Landing an arrow right between that angry orcs eyes will actually kill him, and getting barely clipped in the arm with a giant battle ax won't do an insane amount of damage, but instead will just damage your ability to fight back. Fights are quick, brutal, and can go one way or the other based on split second decision thinking.
