When I'm in specific places like Solitude or Dragon's Bridge I have a continuous stuttering with my character. Like every second exactly. What's weird that while this happens I have a steady fps (40-50-ish) no drops whatsoever. I'm not even sure if it's a performance or game related issue I did my usual troubleshooting and I found that it shouldn't be a mod conflict and I don't have any unknown errors in my papyrus log either. If anybody has any solution that would be greatly appreciated.
