RacsoReast
Hi guys On the S.T.E.P wiki you are warned not to use the NMM when installing STEP. Can anyone relate to this as a real issue? I have grown accustomed to the NMM and would prefer not to spend time on shifting to another mod manager, so does anyone have experience on how the NMM works alongside STEP? Breems
Yea, you should be fine. I've used NMM on each of my STEP installations. The warning is due to NMM's tendency to make updating/overwriting/etc. a bit too automated. Assuming you know how to bypass this and customize mod installations when needed, I would fully recommend using NMM as your mod manager during the STEP installation. RacsoReast
Thanks for replying. Sounds good because i really like the NMM :)But bypassing the overwriting? How does this differ from the other mod managers? What is it i need to know, because i am not sure i follow completely?
