Ballcap with glasses is bugged?

Hello, I don't know if a mod causes this because I looked up the ballcap with glasses in FNVedit and its only edited by YUP, and doesn't seem to change much other than the pick up sound or something

Basically the glasses look opaque, and the same when I wear them. ENB doesn't cause it because I tried turning it off

Any ideas? Is this a known bug?

edit: I actually tried disabling YUP just for curiosity's sake and it still didn't change anything

second edit: so i think this is a bug with the original game that has never been patched. Even the wiki page for "Destitute Traveler" in the pic shows the glasses bugged like that. Solved?

This is how this item has always looked since 2008 in fallout 3.

 

It's not a "bug", it's just how it's textured/modeled.
