and now my issue

as the title implies i can't talk to any custom vendor

as in Moe fro BoE and Tasha from AK's and AR15's to name a couple

this has NEVER happened before. Moe and tasha have never ever given me this kinda issue before

i go to talk to them, hit E and nothing happens

they look at me as if the game wants them to talk to me but they simply won't -_-

also i noticed Willow (custom follower) will not always talk to me either right away when i choose talk to from the wheel

sometimes it takes, 3 or more tries to get her to fianlly talk properly

hell sometimes she'll "text talk" a random phrase (as in text but no voice) that shouldn't belong to her

but at least i can get her to talk.

these issues are near game breaking cause Moe is the only npc that can take my existing guns and make em 100% better

and tasha welll i suppose could live without her but Moe i can't

anyone else have these issues who can help? or jsut help in general?

hmm i wonder... i had a similar issue with skyrim awhile back where i couldn't interact with "Crafting" (cooking, forging, etc)

starting a new game solved it and it hasn't happened since

so i'll try a new game just to test my theory unless someone has a better idea?

i'll keep you guys posted

no one eh? well that's just dandy -_-

i suppose i'll uninstall all my mods then reinstall them and see what that does T_T

UPDATE:

ok found the issue

GhostConversionNVRevamp

 

for whatever reason, BoE, and AK's and AR15's don't get along with that mod lol...

no idea why but whatevs
