SO i'm trying to create new legendary effects in the ck and then make them compatible with this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38089 i have guide on how to make them compatible once they're made, BUT none on how to actually MAKE The legendary effects themselves (legit could NOT find a SINGLE guide on the process) PLEASE someone halp lol. all i need is someone to get me started with a step by step guide cause looking at examples from other mods isn't helping as i don't know the process they used to make it if anyone out there could just point me to a guide or make a Short but exact guide i'd be ULTRA Grateful :smile: thanks :smile:

Ok so i've been trying to edit the disciples blade and make a new weapon based off of it no new textures or anything crazy. just a dps boost and a new name BUT every time i edit the name in the CK, the in game name stays unediited but if i remove DLC04_ma_DisciplesBlade under the keywords section as shown in the pic the name change sticks BUT i can't modify the weapon -_- http://i63.tinypic.com/68y3bb.png Help would be GREATLY appreciated <3 Thanks

ok so i was wondering....is there a mod around that increases the settlement attack frequency and does it like when you defend the minutemen castle against the institute/gunners towards the end of the game? (like how they come in waves) or at least something similar? i had a lot of fun doing that. also wouldn't mind a mod that allows multiple settlements to be attacked at the same time. anyone know of anything like this? would be greatly appreciated :D

ok so my game has been crashing way more than usual. i used to only crash once in a blue moon (aka like than 1x every few days) but now while in Nuka World i'm crashing A LOT more than usual (multiple times already today alone) the game itself is installed on my 256gb ssd. I use MO2 to mod my game also whenever i fire automatic weapons, i get fps drops and micro lag. but only when i fire and lastly, whenever i run loot via MO2 it unticks the dlc for some reason. but only if i run the actual program loot. it's fine if i use the built in loot feature but i'm convinced it's not as good as the program Loot maybe someone can help me out. i'm sure my load orders a mess (nowhere near new at modding bethsoft games but this is driving me nuts) my specs are kinda old compared to today's standard but they run the game on high but for starters My Load Order: My PC specs: i'd appreciate some help thanks!

OK so i'm having a bit of trouble... i can't for the life of me figure out where i can extract specific vanilla npc Meshes and Textures to be specific i have no idea where they're even located like say i wanted to overhaul the Dawnguard or Thieves guild females, where are the meshes and textures i need to do that located? now normally i'd just look in the bsa's labeled Meshes and Textures BUT i don't see anything related to specific NPC's so i'm not sure where else i can look? unless i'm just crazy and am either not looking hard enough or am not experienced enough to realize you can't extract specific npcs i hope i'm making some sense here lol. anyway. any help is appreciated! thanks!!! Edit: ok so i did a bit more google searching and i'm like 75% sure on what i need to do and where everything is. i THINK at least <.< I'll post here if i need any assistance i guess... OK! so after literally stumbling across the issue i found it!!!!! and it's something i never would have guessed! it wasn't my os or my load order! it was the CRYSIS SUIT MOD!!!!!!! the suit's HUD causes a MASSIVE fps drop. no clue why but while it's a fun mod it's not a must have so to anyone that has this issue and uses the Crysis suit mod. i'd save yourself the stress and just not use it unless you can find a workaround of course

i literally have NO Idea what to even look for in the log nor do i even understand it... maybe you can make some sense of it...

ok ran a defrag and the disk had no fragements here's my nvsr ini: the only changes i can remember making was turning off bHookLightCriticalSections (the youtube guy Gopher suggested in a video to do that) and then i messed around with the fps settings trying various values (it's set to off at the moment but i'll try it with it on see if that does anything) then i messed around with the heap setting put it at 512 (found out later that's too high thus lowered in to 400) i tried enabling the experimental stuff although i have NOT tried limiting the cores like you have to do for fo3 because i thought that was fixed in FoNV would that help? i'm willing to try anything at this point lol as for the enboost i'll post my issue with it there. thanks for that link as i didn't know about it. EDIT: wow what the actual blue hell...Enboost works FINE on my Desktop with windows 10 on it my guess is this...my win 7 machine isn't updated fully with all the correct drivers OR have corrupted driver installs. which would make sense since the damn thing will not update through windows D: it was a fresh install of win7 so i had to find all my drivers and d/l them on my desktop and transfer them over to the laptop via disc since the usb ports would not work at first. so it's clear i've missed a few or something so if i had to guess... the missing updates that weren't downloading have something to do with all this *groan* OK! i just gotta find all my drivers and install them lol i'll keep you posted!

just tried that. the dll just makes my game freeze upon start every single time i need enboost to get rid of the awful 3-5 second freezes i get evedry 10-15 seconds i currently have the stutter remover but it's not helping that and all i can find are the wrapper and injector versions and if i use the wrapper, i can't record game footage or even talk on steam cause of the way the dll is coded so far neither method works i put the dll in my FONV folder along with enblocal.ini and enbhost.exe i run the game. 5 seconds later i need to task manager to close it it just freezes. i'm at a loss EDIT: i fogot to mention. i can NOT disable my intel hd gfx. i checked the bios and the option wasn't there... HOWEVER i CAN change the default to the nvidia. i'm hooked up to a single monitor anyway but ugh! this stuttering! it makes the game unplayable! it's so bad! and new vegas stutter remover isn't working or is configed wrong or idk what. so i'm open to suggestions here. thanks EDIT2: removed the stutter remover and it still takes 45 seconds to qiucksave! Edit3: just tried to load a random enb with just the vanilla game... didn't work. gonna keep trying, thought i've exhusted every option it seems.... nvsr doesn't work enboost doesn't work enb doesn't work my game stutters so bad that it's unplayable i've tried all the fixes i could find to no avail i don't know what else to do

ok so first i'd like to mention i'm playing on a laptop that has integrated gpu AND an nvidia 850m and i'm also using the injector version (or trying to anyway) so basically i followed every step in every guide i could find without success every single time i run the game PEROID (nvse, falloutnv.exe, through MO, etc) i don't get the enb dev logo or whatever in the upper left corner i did these steps: extracted, Enbhost.exe, Enbinjecter.exe, enbseries.dll,enbseries.ini,enbinjector.ini and placed them in my main FONV folder i'm also using the 4gb patch (not the loader) ENB Injector.ini Specs: Load Order: as you can see i'm using TTW and i'm running the injector.exe BEFORE i launch FONV like you're supposed to but nothing shows up in game telliing me i was successful when launched i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but if someone could help me that would be amazing and i would oh so very grateful lol i think i covered everything now mind you i've tried this with just the vanilla game with no luck UNLESS TTW is the issue and i need a special guide to run enboost with it.. if so, could someone link it? (then again i doubt it's TTW that's the issue as it's not working with the base vanilla game either) as always, any and all help is greatly appreciated! thanks!!!

So... in case anyone come across this somehow.... i'm fairly certain i found the issue IT WAS MY BLOODY OS!!!!!! -_- i tested this on my window 7 laptop and BOOM! 30-40fps! windows 10 users should probably be careful when playing New Vegas and avoid 3 altogether as windows 10 says out right, 3 is incompatible with it i think the anniversary update to 10 reeeeeally rekt older gaming play-ability. and not just fallout i mean. it's probably hit and miss though. i'd suggest getting a pc dedicated to older games and instead of win10 go win7 if you love the classics as much as i do lol. anyway! thanks Dubious!

i think i'm gonna have to just start TOTALLY fresh. cause i've tested the game on two different pc's and both get the low fps bug. both pc's have similar specs (one has a better CPU but an inferior gpu and the other is vice versa lol) there's gotta be a fix to this i've heard that win10 could be the cuprit but i can't bring myself to believe that fully, as i've played FNV on win10 in the past with no fps issue. i wonder if it's got anything to do with my semi cluttered Overwrite folder in MO. who knows. anyway. i'll redo it all when i'm home and post the results. thanks :)

speaking of the vanilla game....i tried it and i got 140fps. go figure. so it looks like it's 1 or more mods that're consuming game memory i haven't the slightest on which though... looks like i'll need to do process of elimination... *sigh* that'll be fun.. curious though..since i use MO and most fonv mods aren't configured for it, would it be better to just use FoMM? just a thought...

Ok so i tried everything that you showed me... didn't help, still only getting 10-15fps i'm about to start tearing my hair out. i can't play a game with only 10fps. especially when i'm supposed to get far more any other ideas? thanks EDIT: tried the following: Installed to ssd and did the multi-core ini fix neither of which seemed to help... still need help.

yes i use the 4gb patcher. as for the other info i'll check that out as i didn't even know about that existing EDIT: i forgot to mention... after the 3rd game launch load screen, it takes like 10-15 seconds to load to the point where i can load my game my fps literally drops to 0 during that time.

my issue: i'm dealing with extremely low fps (like 10-15 or less) when i do just about anything outside of looking at my pipboy (then go figure it kicks up to 60+) i don't have any enbs installed either. also... my game will randomly cause me to be unable to select things with the ingame cursor. so if i level up and that happens i have console quit out if i have to select a perk as i'll be unable to select anything. BUT i have a temp fix for that. the low fps issue is more important. it's getting to be unplayable. i tried loading the vanilla game through just steam and it's fine. hell it's better than fine. i get like 140+ fps. so it's gotta be 1 or more mods (or possibly all). as you can see i'm using TTW, but the fps issue was BEFORE i started using TTW. TTW didn't do anything to it though.i'm at my wits end. can someone PLEASE help me try and fix this cause i've got no idea how to remedy this. as you can see i'm using MO.let me know if i left anything out. i'll provide it asap. i will note though that unfortunately the 32bit MO doesn't have the option to just export the plugin list, so i had to opt for the screen shot option sorry. if you have a recent save of your game you can use mod organizer to view what plugins were active at the time just by going to the save game tab. even if you don't mod your game with it it's super handy for this. i'd suggest getting the latest MO 64 bit (not the one on the skyrim nexus, but rather this one https://github.com/TanninOne/modorganizer/releases) also looking at your recent d/l history will help find the mods you need for the plugins hope this helps. good luck!

ok so i'm 99% sure i've set up everything right i followed this guide here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfUjhM9Ame8 to the LETTER i swear. BUT the text the shows up at the main menu that tells your Video card and the version of the enb binary etc, DOES NOT SHOW i've tried all different versions of the binary from the latest to 292 and it just refuses to register that i'm trying to run it i always use the injector version cause i can't record gameplay with the wrapper. i've got it all set up right (99% sure at least) but nothing works D: below is my specs, enblocal.ini and a screenie showing i've got the injector.ini configured right PLEASE someone help before i go prematurely bald >.< if i forgot to add something tell me and i'll add it thanks in advance Enblocal.ini PC Specs

ok so every time i load a mod(s) it will load everything to about 70-75% then give the error shown in the attached pic anyone have any ideas? thanks EDIT: forgot to mention. i'm using Mod Organizer to launch it and i've tried the fix located on the nexus it seems it's crashing upon loading dawnguard. which is stupid cause it's never done that before. EDIT 2: Sigh... i wish i had thought of this earlier...i got it working by using the ini file off my other pc so can this get deleted? thanks

OK so i got my game installed all fine, i install my mods, all fine i install nvse. also fine. i install fnv 4gb patch and run the game NOT FINE. -_- i get a application load error 3:0000065432 wtf does that even mean? i'm using the steam version and installing my mods via Mod Organizer (latest one) cause NMM is crap imo i have steam open and logged in (obviously) but nothing i do works help please my system specs: AMd 6 core amd r9 290 4gb 32 gb ram 256gb ssd 3tb HDD x3 1tb HDD x1 please help

to be a bit more clear, i'm looking for a mod that allows you to disable kill move animations of your choice like say i only want the head punch kill move to go off or the german suplex one and ONLY those. all others get disabled and will never go off is there a mod that allows me to select only certain kill move animations and disable the rest or even just lower the frequency to almost nothing? would that kinda thing be even possible? thanks in advance :D

TESVedit and skse, and Script Cleaner i also have. didn't help and the Tera.esm is only there because while it's got the esm extension, NMM says it's actually a .esp (no clue as to why. you'd have to ask the mod creator) as for my specs...it's capable of running any game max settings but here:

ok so there was no issues when i first started my file. well except the female textures were blue/purple but i fixed that somehow... but as time went on i experienced more ctd's more bugs and finally my character got the blue skin syndrome which wasn't THAT big a deal... since i'm covered head to toe in armor anyway. but now i have a bigger issue. my game CTD's EVERY TIME i use an enchanting table. and it's JUST the enchanting table. alchemy and blacksmithing works just fine. idk WHY it's just the Enchanting tables. it didnt' do this at first when i first started my game but now suddenly it is? makes no sense. i did however uninstall and install a few mods here and there from the save. but there weren't related to my issue also it seems to be related to my save cause i tried a new game save and the enchanter works fine. so does this mean i have to start ALLLLLLL over again? right click on the mod and then you'll see the uninstall options you can't just 2x click anymore that just disables it
