SKSE launch problem

SKSE has stopped working for me. Normally, when I would use the skse_loader.exe (or whatever the name is,) file to start Skyrim with SKSE, it would skip the launcher screen (play, options, tech support, data files, quit window). Now, when I use the skse loader, it goes to the launcher window. This prevents me from using SKSE. I don't get an error message saying to update or anything, but rather, it does the small black box like normal but then pulls the window up like I had opened Skyrim from steam. Anybody have any idea how to fix this? I've tried re-installing SKSE, but that didn't fix it.

If you have not already connected to steam, this is what happens. All you need to do is click exit on that window, then click the skse launcher button again.

Or you could connect to steam first, before hitting the skse button.

 

If you are not wanting to be bothered with steam nonsense while playing, you just need to go into steam, click on the steam button pull-down menu, and choose the go offline button.

 

Steam is required for skse to run, as well as the game. If skse bypassed it, it would be breaking the law.

I just tried launching SKSE while steam was open in offline and online, as well as when steam was not open. Each time I used the loader, I went to the launcher screen and hit play. Loaded my character and each time it said SKSE wasn't running.

Well i will like to know where i can get the new version of skse 1.9.32.0.8
