Dinin
I'm on the xbox version and i have a weird variation of this problem. i've killed an Ordinator without any witnessess, and without gaining anything on my bounty, yet they attack me only in specific places. This isn't a problem or nuisance to me, in fact i enjoy the surprise attack. They never attack me outside in the open, they only attack in a building, but not every building. Examples of the places where they do attack : Gnisis temple, by the ash mask, and the armorers house in the Foreign Plaza section (the redguard armorer, not the dark elf) I think they might attack me due to the fact i've killed these specific ordinators when i had the ordinator armor on me. So, even after a month when they have respawned and when i don't have the armor on me, or in my inventory, they still attack me. What i'm trying to get at is that i think specific ordinators attack you no matter what. So if you've killed an ordinator, when that specific ordinator respawns, he will attack you on sight in some sort of vendetta. Im not sure if this goes with outside ordinators as well. I think it might have to do with ordinators inside buildings. Odd..I know.
VaanicOne
Quick note, consider it this way. if anyone is still considering killing an ordinater or any guard for that matter, then it would be better to kill an outside guard rather than an inside one, because that way you dont get attacked when trying to shop. having said that, it is best not to kill any guards...ever. Legionairehead
when this happens, just restart the game, (make a new file) levels will go by fast, and vivec can be explored without a million guys attacking
