Added Railway Rifle But CTD when fired

So yeah I added Railway Rifle (no schematics just a straight up weapon mod) have the appropriate setup as close to setting it up to F03 stats wrote it all down @,.@ anyway loaded up the mod dropped it in my inventory whipped it out pulled the trigger and CTD. As far as I can tell I have it setup right maybe one of you guys/gals knows off hand what the problem is ^^

EDIT: I can dry fire it, drop the ammo and pick it up, load/reload it, everything works until I try firing a rail spike.

 

EDIT 2: Found out the problem apparently Hitscan was messing it up.
