If you are on Windows 10, do not use New Vegas Stutter Remover. It will crash your game. Use New Vegas Tick Fix instead. You need to read the entire description page for each of the files before you download them. You should also read the comments to see if there are any problems with the mod and decide of you want to deal with them. Use LOOT to sort your load order.
