Many of you have slower maschines so annoying stuttering and low game performance may be disturbing. Actually I am one of players I'm talking about now. I found a lot of mods which are increasing performance in many ways. I'll just put them in here so everyone who need this will be able to download this.

If I may add two more:

 

Clean-Deluxe - Removes dust and dirt which gives a boost to performance.

 

Better Game Performance - Removes a ton of useless stuff which in turn gives better performance

A warning to anyone who uses these mods. One of them disables the ability to insert the roboco processor widget into the mainframe for the wasteland survival guide quest. When I have time, I'll find out which.

The reason that the stutter remover does this is because it has a built-in fps cap. To fix, go to the .ini file for the stutter remover in the plugin folder, which is in the fose folder, in the data folder of your fallout 3 folder. Then at the top it says bManagefps =1. Change that to 0 to uncap the frame rate. Or you can leave it at one and set your own frame rate just below it in FPS management section. Hope this helps.

Rooses Performance Mod is causing crashes for some, I don't think it's OK to install this mod along with Better Game Performance and Clean Deluxe. Also you shouldn't install this mod with any other that removes fire barrels (for example in Rivet City). Error Fix is already included in UUF3P. IMHO Pure Cell Buffers Mods are more problematic than helpful.

 

I recommend installing optimized F3 textures avaiable to download in > HERE <
