HydraWhiskey
I recently bought Oblivion on PC, and started (successfully) modding, with things like: -HGEC Body by RAIAR-http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/15802/?-NoMaaM BBB Animation Replacer-http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/35551/?-Woman's Move-http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/33998/? And all of them say they are compatible with BBB with the use of a Compatibility Skeleton: -Growlf's Universal Skeleton-http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/37596//? For some reason, when I download this skeleton, it doesn't seem to do anything.(I'm using it for the purpose of making my character's breasts bounce) I replace the old Skeleton.nif files in my: /C:/ Program Files(x86)/ Steam/ SteamApps/ common/ Oblivion/ Data/ Meshes folder But through everything I've tried so far, nothing makes the breast bouncing animation work at all.I'm fairly new to modding obviously, and I've spent hours trying to find out how to make it work. I've looked through various forums and websites for hours, but none of them seemed to have the answer I was looking for. Please tell me (constructively) what I am doing wrong, and how I can finally put this case to rest. Thank you in advance.
HondaTrip
Hello,Your filepath should be "C:/ Program Files(x86)/ Steam/ SteamApps/ common/ Oblivion/ Data/ Meshes/Characters/Male" for your skeleton.nif. I'm not familiar with Growlf's skeleton if it has the 3 bones L & R for the bbb animation. I use Coronerra's Maximum Compatability Skeleton (he reverse- engineered the process from the chinese in the first place, and improved and perfected it  ). The femaleupperbody.nif you use must be weight painted correctly as well (and goes in the same folder as the skeleton). I weight painted my own, so don't remember which ones are, that are out there to download. It's easy to check in Nifscope or Blender. The nodes are named Bip01 Op1.L, Bip01 Op1.R, Bip01 Op2.L, Bip01 Op2.R, Bip01 Op3.L, Bip01 Op3.R. Some femaleuppers don't have the Op3's, but they're only for the nipples anyway and are not necessary unless you have a mod that manipulates them (like sexdarkness). Hope this helps you. If you have more questions, feel free to ask or PM me, it's always an honor to help the community. HondaTrip
HydraWhiskey
Dear HondaTrip, The way you suggested worked perfectly! I cannot thank you enough. Also, as a test, I used the Coronerra's Maximum Compatibility Skeleton that you suggested, and it does work by simply creating an "omod" by selecting the files I extracted from the 7Zip with the Oblivion Mod Manager! Again, thank you very much for the advice.
HondaTrip
You're welcome, Glad I could help. :biggrin:FYI: Also any shirt, cuirass, bra etc. MUST have the BBB weight paints to work!!!There are many awesome clothing and armor mods that haven't been BBB painted, but there are several people working on simple mesh replacers to fix that. Happy Gaming!!!
