Vortex not properly enabling plugins after mod installation

G'day. I just wasted 10 minutes looking for a cellar that I was never going to find because the plugin was never enabled correctly. I've had this issue with a number of different mods but this latest one has got me writing this screed. I manually download a mod into a sub-directory on one drive partition, and then install the mod using Vortex's "Install from file" button. If there are no plugins present it installs without an issue and is there to use when I start the game. However, in this instance the Widow Shotgun, and Black Widow armour mods were downloaded and installed as normal AND seemingly enabled on the plugin page. However, after loading the game, searching for 10 minutes or so, I quit the game, re-started Vortex, checked the plugin page and found the damn plugins were disabled. What The Effing Eff? I've read a few of the help files, and searched the forums--and elsewhere--for a reason behind this behaviour but have found nothing that resembles/explains what is happening. Can someone please tell me if I'm messing up somehow, or if this is an issue with Vortex?

Well I think it's a known issue in Vortex regarding with the old mods. Though it doesn't hurt to enable and try to always double check your plugins.
