CyrusAmell
Hi guys, on top of asking if anyone can do this I was also hoping to ask if this can be done normally without heavy modding tools. Jorrvaskr is a stellar place, warm and comfortable and very well appointed. Also, one of the most dangerous places in Skyrim for your enemies what with so many followers around. However, while it is very easy to make your home in Breezehome and just trot on over in between the locations - it was always my desire to use Jorrvaskr as my sole base of operations. A spouse, especially for their merchant inventories, would be a boon to all Harbringers should they also make Jorrvaskr their home. Of course, one can marry a Companion and tell them to make their home in their original pad but I was hopeful this could be extended to other Spouses. Basically, I was wondering if we could make a sandbox wherein an npc would sleep in Kodlak's bed, wake up, walk around and enjoy Jorrvaskr and go back to sleep. I was especially keen on applying this to Housecarls like Lydia. So, is this possible? Edited July 15, 2013 by CyrusAmell
Jokerine
Have you tried "My Home is your Home" and "Spouses can life Everywhere"? I didn't get if you had tried those two mods from your post, but they are what you would need, I think - the first mod allows you to set any place as your follower's home, so you could use it in Jorrvaskr. Spouses can live Everywhere does the same, but for spouses, obviously. Both mods are in the Nexus and would help you out :)
