Custom hireling with HF steward dialogue

Hi,

 

Does anyone know:

1. What I need to set in CK to enable a custom hireling to have the steward dialogue when near or inside a HF home?

2. The console commands to enable the dialogue ingame?

 

I used a guide to create my own custom hireling & all works fine except the hireling does not show the dialogue for offering to be a HF steward when near or inside a HF home. Marcurio can be a steward for HF so it must be possible somehow. I compared Marcurio to my own hireling within CK but cannot see where in CK to enable this.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

 

EDIT: I do not own Dragonborn. Only have DG & HF installed.
